I'm unable to launch the game at all -- I get a "This app can't run on your PC error" from Windows 10 (link to generic image of this error, mine looks the same).

Really well done -- easy to get into, easy to understand, fun to play. One thing I'd note is that it's not obvious that you can overlap squares until you intentionally try it -- I'd gotten a fair amount of play never overlapping anything before I thought I was out of moves, and clicked haphazardly to see what would happen. Imagine my surprise when the number 2 popped up on some squares and some others turned gray!
Fun concept, but it breaks down fairly quickly. Not sure if it's just me, but one of the buff/debuffs is to lose a jump -- and there's none for gaining it back. Once you start losing jumps, the upper part of the map is totally closed off.
It's a good idea and it's well put together, just needs some tweaking I think.
